Ingredients (serves 3):

For the kadhi mixture

25 gram besan
75 gram soya chunks 
300 ml Amul Protein buttermilk 
1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder

For the tadka
2-3 dry red chillis
1/2 tsp jeera seeds, 1/4 tsp fenugreek/methi seeds 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
5-8 fresh curry leaves
1 Kadhi Chawal, Veg Protein, Soya Chunks, Vegetarian Protein Sources, Methi Seeds, Vegetarian Protein, More Protein, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric Powder
