All you need is 1/4 cup of chia seeds, 1 3/4 cups of water and food colouring. I placed them in the refrigerator overnight. It’s a bit messy, but I loved the colours and the jelly consistency. It was kind of like slime but taste-safe! You have to try it, your little one will love it. ❤️save this activity for later ❤️Tag a friend who would love this!" As a pediatric occupational therapist and mom, I’ve been on the lookout for a taste-safe putty that’s easy to clean and provides great sensory play.

This recipe has become my favorite because it’s low-mess, less sticky than soaked chia seeds or oobleck, and easy to clean off hands.

The texture is amazing for heavy work, strengthening the intrinsic muscles of the hand, and offering resistance activities that support sensory regulation. I highly recommend this one!

Comment for a list of ingredients if you’d like to make sure you have everything ready to buy!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 cup water, ½ to 1 cup cornstarch, Food coloring (optional)

Instructions:

	1.	Soak the chia seeds: Mix 2 tablespoons of chia Yogurt Sensory Play, Chia Seed Sensory Play, Food Sensory Activities, Jello Sensory Bin, Sensory Hands, Muscles Of The Hand, Putty Recipe, Best Playdough Recipe, Sensory Regulation
