I have never been a skinny girl but I was also never a big girl. It was not till I graduated from high school that I started gaining weight, it was 10lb, then, 15, 20 and by the time I was 23 I was 100 pounds over weight. Of course I was aware that I was gaining weight and would go into “diets” for a month or 2 but then would forget about it, and lets say that what I thought of diet back then its nothing compared to what I know now.
