5.1K views · 811 reactions | Batata Pav Recipe below 👇 👇 Spicy, crispy & full of street-style flavors! 🌶️🥔🔥 This Pav Batata is the perfect crunchy, buttery delight for your snack cravings! 🤩✨ Who’s ready to dig in? 😍👇 Recipe for Pav batata: Boiled Potato-4 For Pounded masala: Coriander leaves-1 cup Garlic-2-3 Green chilli -2-3 Ginger-1/2 inch Salt-1tsp Black salt-1/2 tsp Cumin seeds-1 tsp Coriander seeds-1 tsp Lemon juice-1/2 lemon Pound above together Oil-1 tbsp Cumin-1 tsp Asafoetida-1/4 tsp Mustard seeds-1 tsp Pounded coriander seeds-1 tsp Whole red chilli-2 Curry leaves-1 strand Salt- to taste Garam masala-1/2 tsp Coriander leaves-2 tbsp Lemon juice-1/2 lemon For roasting pav Butter-1 tsp Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp Pavbhaji masala-1/2 tsp Coriander leaves Method- 1- Pound a coarse masala and heat oil in a pan and then add cumin seeds, Rai, hing, curry leaves, coriander seeds, red chilli and turmeric and cook for 30 seconds. 2- Add pounded masala and cook for a minute. 3- Add boiled potato salt and garam masala and cook for a minute. 4- Add 2 cups of water and let it simmer. 5- Once it comes to boil mash the potato a little and finish it with coriander leaves and lemon juice. 6- Serve it with freshly toasted pav in above mentioned masalas.
