How to paint kitchen countertops
Have countertops you don't like but no budget to replace them? You can PAINT them to look like gorgeous marble for around $150. It's easy and durable. We painted our granite counters, but you can also use the kit to paint Formica, laminate, Corian, ceramic tile, butcher block, and cultured marble. DIY Epoxy Countertops
Here are the steps I followed: 1. Clean counters, and remove caulking. 2. Paint countertops with white primer. I did 3 coats for good coverage. 3. Paint veins with light grey matte latex paint. I went to Home Depot, chose a light grey paint swatch, and asked them to mix it up for me in their matte sample size - this was more than enough for this project. 4. Pour epoxy according to manufacturer’s instructions and use a heat torch for bubbles. I linked what I used!
