I have 10 ounces of frozen spinach right in my lime Crock Pot. Now, y'all I have eight ounces of cream cheese. Right on top of our spinach. We're making a little pile here of deliciousness. Alright, y'all. This is going to be an easy appetizer. I love using my Crock Pot in the summer. Now, we going to add a little bit of garlic of I would say 1 to2 teaspoons or tablespoons. Y'all know how I feel about garlic. So, we doing, we doing that much. We're doing that much. Alright, y'all. Now, we add in we have eight ounces of mozzarella cheese, eight ounces right there. Alright eight ounces we also add in I have a can a 13-ounce can of quartered artichoke carbs if y'all want to cut this up smaller you can but guess what I didn't that's okay y'all can do whatever you want do what makes you happy that's a secret to life wait till y'all see my shirt wait till y'all see my shirt I have to show y'all it's so exciting alright we put a little bit of crushed red pepper I put a lot on there because I was distracted but that's okay we also need some seasoning we're doing a little bit of salt and we're doing a little bit of black pepper. I think I can put new batteries in my pepper thing. It's it's like going a little bit slow y'all. Alright. Now y'all what else do we have? We have some dehydrated onion. If y'all want to use onion powder you can. I'm putting about one to two tablespoons of this in. Alright. So we're just going to put it right there. Alright. Now y'all I have some sour cream. Sour cream. Oh about a half cup or so. Alright. So right there. Right there. Perfect. That's how much. Y'all know how I like to measure. Alright our last thing we have y'all. I have a six-ounce bag of Parmesan cheese, alright? So, we're using the whole thing. Um if y'all want to shred your own cheese, you can but y'all know, y'all know. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Today, I didn't and it's alright. Alright, so we're going to give this a little mix kind of. Um it's kind of going to be hard to mix because there's just a frozen brick of spinach down there but we just going to we just going to move it around, alright? That's it. Look at that. That looks great y'all. Alright, so we're going to cover this and we're going to cook this on half for about 2 hours. Or so. We just need the spinach to thaw and the cheeses to melt and y'all y'all have yourselves a quick, easy spinach artichoke dip that's perfect for the summer because you ain't heating up your house and I can't wait to show you all what I like to serve this with. Alright, y'all. Uh before I tell you all a story, someone want to say hi, right? We just finished making our spinach artichoke dip and now it has to cook for a while, right Biscuit? They miss you. They haven't seen you in a long time, little baby. You're so cute. I just love this little baby. I love you. You want to go? You want to go baby poopy? Maybe we'll show you later too. But look there's no food around right now y'all. There's no food. It's just a cat. Oh y'all can see my messy kitchen right now. Um y'all so two things. One I just realized I'm filming this in selfie mode so this is going to be backwards but I might change it. Do what makes you happy. I have to say thank you to Julie Brown. She sent me this shirt y'all and I I love it. I'm so excited. I love it so much. Julie, did you make this shirt or did you order it? I don't know. If y'all have, if you have a link, you should post it here if people want to get it but I love this shirt so much. So, thank you. Our spinach and artichoke dip is cooking right behind me. Uh where's my crock pot? There it is. Uh my kitchen's a mess right now y'all and I'm going to tell y'all why. We're doing some renovations. Um and that's it. But I just wanted to show y'all Kevin. I wanted to say thank you to Julie for the shirt. And then we'll be back when our spinach and artichoke dip is done y'all. Alright y'all. Our spinach hard sugar dip is done. So we cutting we we making a little serving platter here. Alright so I have some chips, some tortilla chips. I also have these little pita breads. They're so cute. I love these. So we're going to put these in here too. And then y'all I'm so this is only been cooking for about 2 hours on high I I checked it and it was done so I say if you if you have more time just cook it on low alright so let's see if I should bring this over here I have my little platter here. And y'all I'm about to turn the camera around and I have a surprise for you so don't go anywhere. Here is look I already y'all I'm not going to lie. I already started eating it. It's real good. Alright so let's get some of this out. I would say if y'all want you can cut up the artichoke heart smaller but y'all know. I I I don't that takes too much time. I don't like to do that. Alright y'all. Let's put this in here. This is nice and thick and chunky. I'm excited. I love spinach artichoke dip. Alright. Y'all is heavy. Look, I was trying to hold this with one hand so I could press record. Um alright, so we have our Crock Pot spinach and artichoke dip and I'm serving this with some tortilla chips and some little mini pita bread. Is that what it is? Pita or none or something? None? I don't know. Something like that. Alright, y'all. Guess what? Come to try it and guess what y'all? Fred. Yeah. Come here Fred. Y'all Fred's right here. I know. I'm going to stay blonde because it going then I'm going to have to go get my hair colored like every four weeks y'all. I don't I don't want to do that. That's too much for me.
