My sweets craving waffle fix: 1 scoop Chocolate Eclair protein from NLA for Her Her Whey (jessiefit.com/herwhey), 1/2 cup rolled oats blended fine, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (cottage cheese works, too), and 1 tsp baking powder (made 2 waffles).
