Ingredients - 2 packages of kielbasa (sliced) - 1/2 white onion (diced) - 2 tbsp garlic (minced) - 2 1/2 cups chicken broth - 1/2 cup whipping cream - 1 can (14.5 oz) fire-roasted tomatoes - Salt & pepper (to taste) - Season-All (optional, to taste) - 1 box (12 oz) bow tie pasta - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese Instructions 1️⃣ Sauté diced onion in oil over medium heat until softened (3-4 min). Add minced garlic and cook for 1 min. 2️⃣ Add sliced kielbasa, cook until browned (5-7 min), then remove and set aside. 3️⃣ Pour in chicken broth, whipping cream, and fire-roasted tomatoes. Well, it’s a reality, and this is how easy it is. Place four yellow onions and two cloves of garlic on a baking tray with a little olive oil drizzled on top. Bake at 400° for one hour Place onions and garlic in a blender, add 2 to 3 cups of beef bone broth. You can use chicken broth if you like, or if you wanna make this a vegan dish, you could use a vegetable broth. But the beef bone broth takes it to another level.
