I played with it to get the protein up to 50 grams. The dairy (milk/Parmesan) is not necessary so if you have issues with then ditch them. You can push the protein higher with leaner bacon and egg whites. Vitamins are off the scale!! 500 kcal (50P, 14C, 28F) 60g back bacon 150g mushrooms 3 medium eggs 100ml milk (2%) Pepper 10g Parmesan Just throw it all in, mix it and top with cheese. I have the oven at 180C for 30 minutes. Enjoy 🙏"

Set your griddle on medium and grease it up with @baconupbacongrease While it’s coming to temp, form your breakfast sausage (about 1.5-2lbs) into the shape of your Hawaiian roll tray. Add your sausage to the griddle followed by at least 7 pieces of bacon. The bacon will be done before that big ole sausage patty so push it off into the cool zone.
