If you’re planning on visiting Alaska I would have this at the top of your list because to me this is truly what being in Alaska is about-the secluded wilderness, rugged landscapes and the opportunity to connect with nature. The yurts had everything you could need but you still felt a lot closer to the elements than being in a cabin. The sea kayaking access was incredible, we saw marine life immediately which is pretty special for me since I live inland! You could tell by the whole design and feel of @shearwatercove that is was a labour of love 🤍 we got to meet the owners, Jason and Cha
