Guava Flan
6hr · 8 servings Ingredients: • 1 can condensed milk • 1 can regular milk • 1 package cream cheese, room temperature • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese • 2 eggs • 1 egg yolk • Guava • Water Instructions: • Preheat oven to 350ºF. • Prepare a Bundt pan with butter and sugar. • In a blender, add the condensed milk, then use the condensed milk can to measure out the regular milk. • Add to the blender along with the cream cheese, Parmesan, eggs and yolk. Blend until combined. • Pour mixture into prepared pan, and bake in the oven in a water bath for 2 hours. • Remove from oven, let it cool and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. • In a saucepan, add the guava and the water. Cook until the guava turns to a syrup. • Serve the pudding with the guava syrup on top.
