The ADDUCTORS are a powerhouse for the hip & knee. Groin strains (muscle pull) happen at a high frequency in soccer⚽️ and ice hockey🏒, and in catchers⚾️. Push off motions between planes require good control at the hip but also the adductors they go from the pubic bone & attach along the inside of the thigh and some even cross the knee joint. Dynamic stretches and solid strength through different angles are keys in keeping this group effectively working. That seated adduction machine is okay, but there are lots of ways to target this group as they attach at different angles and assist with other secondary motions! 👉🏼 Exercises that place some demand through short and long lever leg positions, the hip flexed or extended, and through big ranges of motion are all ways to address wel
