Gram, or chickpea, flour, counts as a plant variety and is used in these easy and delicious oven-baked pancakes 😍

VEGAN OMELETTE 🥚
15min · 2 servings Recipe: • -300g silken tofu • -1/3 cup (45g) chickpea flour • -2 Tbsp corn starch • -1/4 cup (60ml) plant milk • -season to taste: salt, (kala namak for an egg flavor, pepper, paprika etc) • Blend until smooth. • -1 onion • -2 cloves garlic • -200g veggies of your choice (I used 1 bell pepper) • Fry in some oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin. • Add it to the egg mixture and stir. • Add half of it to an oiled pan, close the lid and cook on medium heat for 5mins. • Place a plate on the pan and turn to flip the omelette. • Slide it back in the pan and fry 2-3 more minutes.
