Ingredients 320g mashed banana 80g apple sauce (I just make mine by cooking down peeled apples) 2 tbsp ground flax seed 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp vanilla essence 80ml milk of choice 3 tsp cinnamon 180g wholegrain flour 80g rolled oats 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1/2 tsp baking powder Bake for 45-60 mins at 180C or until nice and golden on the top.
