Want to improve your torso mobility and hitting technique??? 🏐🏐🏐 This volleyball drill will allow you to lock in on great hitting form and learning how to open your chest up and rotate your torso as you hit. By working on this volleyball drill, you can really train yourself to hit much harder 💪🏼💥🏐 by rotating your torso and using your core to generate power! So as you go through this drill, visualize yourself hitting a volleyball each time and using your full body as you do. Note: To balance your body out, do this volleyball drill facing both ways.
