A fun romp through a decidedly horny-tinged PlayStation pixelated world - filled with snappy gameplay, an excellent system of parrying and dodging, and a surprising amount of lore.

It's fun, and the ability to have cosmetic-only clothing elevates it above other rpgs of its type. I never found myself frustrated at it, on no small part due to the extremely forgiving death system, allowing you to try at something multiple times.

On the horny elements; It's both not tasteful at all but also manages to be more tasteful than others in the genre by being so blunt about it. There's no "AUGH MY REALISM IS SO IMPORTANT also look at THIS STEEL BIKINI" it's just "rabbit booby" with no pretentions.

The graphics are cozy and retro without becoming over-simplistic or a crutch for bad visual design. Also you can play as a rat? Winning?

Attack is left click, parry is right click. So there's no 'PRESS F AND THEN W AND Y TO PARRY' also the parry window is forgiving, same with the dodging. So if you have trouble with other games of the type (which are full of random bullshit), give this a go. Genuinely. It's forgiving on another level because enemies have well-telegraphed attacks. Very satisfying, too, because it staggers your enemy if you parry.

Another really nice thing is that each point you put into a stat tells you exactly what it boosts, so you don't have to flail around going "what does this stat even do".

This leads into another thing I like; That is, that you don't ever get shoved out of a lower-level area, or ever forced to do something. It's a very free take on game design. You can even exit the level 6-12 dungeon without having to fight the boss, or exit it during the fight if it's too hard. It's nice.

Death is also very forgiving - no punishments stat-wise, you just get sent back to the hub area. It feels like, to sum it up, a game - instead of a death march.

The only thing that isn't changeable at the moment is your class, which is Fighter, Mystic, or Bandit. Your class is picked at level 10, and is picked from;

Sally (Bandit)

Enok (Fighter)

Angela (Mystic)

Which brings me to character customization.

Because you can change essentially everything about your character, except your name and race, even past the creation screen. This is done via the Mirror of Illusion, with illusion stones which are bought for coins from Sally. But if you want to adjust something for your found aesthetic, it allows that. Same for clothing color, which you can change via looted paint.

You can even remove all your invested stat points to reinvest them, same with your skill points.

(This also costs coins, because you have to buy an unlearning book from Sally, but it's so much less frustrating than realizing you put points into the Wrong Thing later on and not being able to change it)

There's four stats in the game;

Strength (which is good for strength weapons and raises stamina, which you use to block)

Mind (good for mind weapons, also boosts mana, which you use to use your abilities)

Dexterity (good for dexterity weapons, boosts crit chance, boosts magic crit chance)

Vitality (raises your health)

You can even use little looted crystal thingies to take a weapon bound to usage with one skill and rebind it to another! So you're not stuck using only base strength weapons as a Fighter, only base dex weapons as a bandit, or base mind weapons as a Mystic. This is done via Vivian.

Genuinely this last part makes it so fun, because you can actually mix stuff up without having to redo your stats.

You can gamble with Skrit, behind the shop (Sally’s shop). It's not really worth it…

You can store any item in Spike, the funny magical mimic chest fella. These items can be accessed by any character.

I like this game. Highly recommend.

This is a good ass game and I would love more. Unlocked every achievement in 10 hours, I could play with these mechanics for 100 if I had more to do. The movement feels really gratifying. The platforming is dummy fun. The parrying is a little too forgiving, but whatever, I had a good time.

This game really surprised me.

Okay so if you can look past the clear provocative layer of the game it's actually a pretty addictive and in depth little RPG/dungeon crawler. Looting and inventory systems are clean and fun, the combat is super engaging and diverse and the character creator + class systems have way more content then i would have thought for a small game such as this. There's even a full-fledged multiplayer so you can take on dungeons with a friend or even an entire party.

It feels like a mini MMO almost, you have all the classic class systems like tanks, damage, supports etc spread across a bunch of class specialisations and you have the hub world to run around in and meet up with other player's to go on quests and such. Keen to see what they end up doing with this game in future updates.

More then worth the asking price, i would highly recommend.
