Saints Row takes place in the fictional city of Stilwater, where the main character is involved in a conflict between four rival gangs. Despite the protagonist's attempts to remain uninvolved, you are drawn into the conflict and become a member of the Third Street Saints. As the game progresses, you go to war with Los Carnales, the Westside Rollers, and the Vice Kings, gaining status within the gang and taking over the city in the process.

Flaws with this game:
1: Having played Saints Row 2 before this you realize just how much that game improved upon the ideas here
2: Xbox 360 exclusive so I'm forced to aim with a controller the whole time
3: Some missions are fucking atrocious (last los carnales mission cough cough)
4: There isn't a separate ammo section in the store so every time you wanna buy ammo for something like you're shotgun, the game treats it like you're buying a whole new $2k shotgun for every 16 shots, and this can very quickly drain your money. Though there's not much else to do with your money in this game except buy cars, food, and clothes.
5: To continue with the story you have to grind So Fucking Much respect. The activities are decently fun, but at some point I just said fuck it and looked up "best clothing to get in SR1 for highest clothing bonus" so I wouldn't have to play as many because it just got tiring near the end.
6: Sometimes, and I noticed this happened more toward the end of the game, the game just says fuck it and blows up your car for no reason. It also likes to spawn random rpg enemies that are hard to hit because You Are Using A Controller To Aim.
7: Every hour, you'll get a call from one of the saints saying that a gang is attacking a certain area, and i have to drop everything and go there and it's always at the most inconvenient times.
But fuck. Even with every flaw and frustrations I've had this game was still somehow insanely addicting. Usually in the mornings I listen to records I haven't heard before, as I'm also a chronic RateYourMusic User, and I found myself turning my brain off with this game for 2 hours. I may also be the first person to ever play Saints Row 1 (2006) while listening to Deafheaven. I mentioned grinding earlier being annoying, but there are some genuinely very fun activities, like destruction derby and racing, as cars control very fluidly in this game. Even just driving around from place to place was fairly enjoyable.
If I could have played this with a mouse and keyboard though this would be an easy 8/10.

لعبت شوي , جيدة لكن موضوع اقعد افرم عشان اجمع نقاط تخليني العب المهام الرئيسية كان جدا مزعج وكرهني فيها..

ما اعرف اذا برجع لها او لا

I played every sequel prior. and ended up going back to where it all started. Loved this, and it's amazing, but the sequel is just a bit better.

A decent game, massively held back by frustrating missions and activities with no checkpoints. How do you fuck that up?

Please port this to anything else this is my dying wish ps not a Nokia phone
