Terms of Service

By commissioning the artist, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are subject to change at any time.

General Terms

  • The artist has the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

  • These are digital commissions and no physical products/goods are involved.

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • The artist has the right to stream working on the commission.

  • The artist has the right to choose which commissions she uploads or does not upload publicly.

  • The client does not have the right to make profit with their commission or does not have the right to resell it.

  • The client does not have the right to remove the artist's signature nor claim the commissioned art as their own.

  • The client does not have the right to use the commission to train AI or use it for NFTs.

Do's & Don'ts

I will draw:

Original characters, fan characters, canon characters, furry/anthropomorphic designs, fantasy creatures/monsters, humans/humanoid characters.

I will draw, but it will cost extra:

Painterly soft shading style, any other specific styles I deem more time consuming, detailed armor, detailed robots, automobiles, vehicles etc, extra detailed characters (lot of markings, detailed clothes, complicated weapons etc), detailed backgrounds.

I won't draw:

NSFW/Fetishes, political ideology, hateful/offensive material, real people*, logo design, Splatoon versions of my OCs, any weird ass shit.*If you have a cartoon design of yourself already made, that I am fine drawing.

Payment

  • Payment is upfront and full.*

  • Payment is taken through Paypal invoice in euros.

  • Once invoice is sent and the client has paid it, the contract between the artist and client has begun.

  • * For larger and more expensive projects (over 300 euros) we can discuss about payment plans.

Process

  • Once you're ready to commission me, fill out my google sheet order form that you can find on the commission tiers page. Fill in any required info and tell me a bit what type of commission you would like. Include any and all possible references you can.

  • I will get back to you through email and I might ask some extra questions if needed. If and once I accept the commission, I will tell you the final prize. Once both sides agree to start the commission, I will send you a Paypal invoice.

  • Once paid, I will start working.

  • While working on your commission, I will send you WIPs for review and possible edits.

  • The amount of WIP reviews depends of the complexity of the work.

  • Once commission is finished, I will send you the illustration. At this point small edits are allowed for free. Any major/numerous edits require an extra fee.

  • Once the illustration is fully finished and client is happy with it, I will send the full size illustration and web posting friendly size in png. (and PSD file if purchased)

Completion Time

  • The completion time of the commission heavily depends of the type of commission and the complexity, size, communication, my health and current workload.

  • Generally completion time can range from 2 week to few months. I will give you updates throughout the whole process.

  • I will let you know if something comes up that might delay the commission. But if you don't hear from me in a while, feel free to send me a message.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

The artist claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the client. Therefore the artist is allowed to:

  • Display all commissioned works on personal websites, portfolio, social media and galleries. (If you wish to keep your commission private, just ask).

  • Make prints and other merchandise from the commission works. THIS WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH THE CLIANT PRIOR IF PLANNED. (and mostly just if you commission my own characters).

  • Promote myself and my services with the commission works.

The customer is allowed to:

  • Upload artwork to their personal website/social media site (with credit to the artist). Use the commissioned art as avatars, banners, profile images, wallpaper etc.

  • Print the artwork for personal use.

  • Claim their original character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

  • Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Removing my signature from the artwork

  • Altering the artwork without my consent

The artist reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. Rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be discussed and purchased.

Refund Policy

  • The client may request a full refund if the artist has not yet started working on the commission.

  • If the client decides to cancel their commission mid work, they will receive a refund depending on how much of the work was not completed.

  • Once commission is finished, the client relinquishes the right to request a refund.

  • If the artist cannot finish the commission for some reason (such as technical issues), the client may request a refund depending on how much was not finished or we can discuss putting the work on hold until the artist can work on it again.

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

  • If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

Commission Tiers

Here you can find examples of what kind of commissions I offer. All coloured commissions are done in cartoony cellshading style by default. If you wish for me to work in a specific style, let me know and link any references (especially if it's a style I've done). Note that depending on the style complexity, there might be an extra fee.Be sure to read the ToS and once you're ready to commission me, you'll find the order form at the bottom of this site.Right now I'm only offering character specific commissions. Comic pages, ref sheets and more will be likely offered in the future.NOTE: These prices are in euros and are base prices. The final pricing may go UP OR DOWN depending on how complex or simple your requests are.* The final price will always be personally calculated with each client.* Example: Character designs such as Kirby and pikachu would be cheaper while characters with complicated armor and markings/details cost extra.

Sketch Character Commissions

Price: 40€
Extra characters: 20€

Full body character sketch illustrations. No textures or background.

Grayscale Lined Character Commissions

Price: 55€
Extra characters: 25€

Full body character illustration with finished linework and grayscale, manga comic like colouring and textures. No background or simple grayscale gradient/pattern can be applied.

Coloured Character Commissions

Price: 100€
Extra Characters: 50€

Full body coloured illustration with shading. Generally character(s) simply posing. Nothing too elaborate. No background or simple gradient/pattern/simple silhouette scene may be applied.

Half body commissions

Grayscale Price: 45€
Coloured Price: 70€
Extra Character Price: 20€ (GS) or 30€ (coloured)

Half body commissions in both grayscale manga style and in full colour with shading.The client can request a decorative border around the character(s) for extra fee. Price depends on the complexity.

Full Scenery Commissions

Single Character: 150€
Extra Character Price: 50€
Detailed Background: 100€+

More detailed, scenery and story driven illustrations option with more complex perspectives and backgrounds.
More detailed backgrounds such as cities and detailed indoor sceneries start at +100€ to the price. The more complex and the more little details you want, the higher the background cost.Extra complex perspective may also cost extra.After 2 characters, extra character slots may come a bit more cheaper, depending of the composition. These commissions may also feature half bodies depending of the composition which can affect the final prize.Full Scenery Commissions are highly customizable commissions and final price is carefully considered depending of the composition, complexity, size and amount of detail!

Extra Services

Upgrade Grayscale Commission: 50€

If you have commissioned me a grayscale commission, you can upgrade it later to a fully coloured commission.

Rush Job Fee

I generally work on commission in the order I get them. But if you're in a rush and need your commission finished by a certain date, I can prioritize your work. The fee depends on the size of the commission and how soon it needs to be finished.

Right now I'm working on my own fantasy comic Bottled Up.Aside comics my style is known for being bright, colourful and cartoony. Comic commissions

Single page one shot comics or story-driven comics are both fine. Each page may contain 3 - 6 panels with one to two detailed establishing background shots. (more can be requested for additional cost).Max 6 pages per project.The client may also choose a webcomic styled strip comic where panels are generally the same size and under each other. Final prize depends on the panel count, character amount and how many detailed backgrounds are used. Max panel count: 25
