A zine about breaking out of depression and finding your spark.

There will come a time where you find a light so bright that it blinds and blisters. 

Do not cringe away. Stand tall and face the sun. Take one step towards it, feel the way your body flakes away under the assault. Take another step.

It will hurt. It will be a flavor of agony that's been mapped but never shared, the sort of pain you see in a stranger's eyes when they speak of change. Keep walking. Always keep walking. When your hands cup the sun and bring it to your lips, do not turn away at the final moment. Keep your eyes open and swallow the light. Only then will you be whole.
