Western Union is the only way I can get payments at the moment. It accepts debit card, credit cards, and bank payments. Using it requires a log-in, but is otherwise a fairly simple and straightforward process1. Login to Western Union
2. Select Send Money
3. Select the destination (Philippines) and enter the amount and currency (USD to PHP)
4. Select Mobile wallet.
5. Choose how would you like to pay.
6. Review the transfer summary and submit.It's really simple, the first processing fee is free of charge. and I can walk you through the process when it's time to pay.
