The support was built out of common board 1x2s. I screwed a long piece and sides against the wall, hitting studs where I could. The additional supports were added with pocket holes to make it easy! 2. I used one underlayment 1/4” plywood piece, ripped down to the width of the shelf on both the top and bottom. Wood glue and a nail gun made this quick and easy! 3. To finish off the front, I used 1x3 common boards. Just search the pile until you find a good one! For a more seamless look if your shelf is longer than 8’, be sure to miter the seam. 4. For the finish, I used part acrylic paint, part water,
