(Whole 30) Crockpot Chicken breasts w/ brussel sprouts ~INGREDIENTS: 1 lb brussel sprouts (cleaned/halved)3 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/8 c brown/dijon mustard, 1/2 c water. 3 frozen (skinless) chicken breast. ~DIRECTIONS: Toss all ingredients (except chicken) into crockpot and mix. Place chicken breasts on brussel sprout mixture. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
