My kids don’t like feta pasta too much so I made this creamy version with Boursin cheese and added mushrooms and spinach. They loved it. . 1 cup packed spinach 1 Boursin Cheese 1 cup cherry tomatoes 1 cup mushrooms 3-4 Garlic closes 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp dried oregano salt and pepper 8 oz pasta of your choice (reserve some pasta water to add with the sauce- not shown- about 1/3 cup) you can also add chili peppers or cayenne pepper. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until the tomatoes burst and get soft."

Add 1 ½ to 2 lbs of beef stew meat (or boneless chuck roast, cut up) to your slow cooker. 2. Add 1 cup beef broth, ½ cup soy sauce, ⅓ cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp oil, and 3 minced garlic cloves. Pour over the beef. 3. Cover and cook on low for about 5 hours. 4. In a small bowl, whisk 3 tbsp cornstarch with ¼ cup water. Add the mixture to the slow cooker, along with your broccoli and chopped carrots. 5. Cook on high for 15-30 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and the veggies are tender.
