Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the milk. Mix the dough until it comes together, being careful not to over-mix as it can make the biscuits tough. 3. Pour the dough onto a floured surface and press it out evenly. Then, fold the dough from each side,followed by folding the top and bottom. 4.
