Jan Johnsen on Instagram: "In the U.S., we often refer to the space behind our homes as the backyard—a word that can feel a bit utilitarian. I’ve always preferred the English term garden. It carries a sense of care, presence, and artistry. This simple shift in mindset helps us design with more intention. Here’s a glimpse of one of my landscapes—planted not just to look beautiful, but to feel like a living extension of home. Learn more at johnsenlandscapes.com. 🌸"

Jack Kinsey [Interior Design Masters] on Instagram: "ad This might just be one of the weirdest, most wonderful little creations I’ve made in a while... I made a jellyfish succulent hanging basket (yes, really) as part of a sea-inspired tablescape in collaboration with @marksandspencer, and somehow it turned out quite fabulous. 🐙🌊🌿 After wedging succulents into the underside of a hanging basket and flipping it to nestle in some trailing greenery, I tied it all together with moss, twine, and a sprinkle of hope. And honestly? She’s giving deep sea diva energy. 🧜♀️ To keep my jellyfish pal company, I popped to M&S to grab some stunning coastal ceramics—including the 12 Piece Amberley Reactive Dinner Set (£75). That rich blue glaze? Every piece is unique, like tiny ocean artworks. Also, t

Cristy & Michael Pack on Instagram: "🌳 A favorable Boxwood alternative! I am still a boxwood lover through and through—but if you’re ever after an evergreen alternative with a similar look and a little more resilience, Inkberry Holly is a great option. It holds that beautiful, compact shape like a boxwood, but is more tolerant of wetter soils, resists common pests, diseases, and stays lush all year. We’ve started mixing Inkberry Holly into our landscape beds and the result is structured, hardy, and just as formal and classic. We planted a hedge in our front landscape and it is beyond gorgeous and dare I say- I don’t miss Boxwoods here because these look so similar! 🌳"
