Peel off each cabbage leaf and blanch in boiling salted water for approx. 3-5 minutes or until transparent. Remove and place on paper towel to absorb water 2. Meanwhile in a large non stick pan/wok, cook the pork mince, spring onions, carrot, mushroom, 2 tbsp kecap manis and 2 tbsp soy sauce. 3. Once the mince is fully cooked (approx. 10 minutes) remove from the heat and stir in the egg to make the mixture sticky 4. Lay down each piece of cabbage, and fill with 1.5 tbsp of pork mixture (size of mixture may change pending size of the cabbage leaf) 5. Brown each “dumpling” in a non stick pan on high heat 6.
