Do you want to tone, strengthen and lift your cheeks while at the same time reducing your smile lines? Try this exercise for Day 3 of our “Master Your Marionette Lines” Challenge! Do this for 1 full minute and you will feel the lift and toning when you are done! Don’t be afraid to do this a couple times throughout the day with clean hands.
