Super easy to throw this together. Then we've got a bag of frozen veggies. Then we've got two cans of cream of chicken soup. We're going to fill one of those cans with some reduced sodium chicken broth. You don't need the added sodium. You won't miss it so definitely out for reduced if you can. Give everything a nice stir so that it's all mixed up and you've got all that flavoring in there. Then we're going to top this with some shredded cheese. I'm using cheddar. You can shred your own or you can the bag kind and then we're going to top that with some fresh chicken that's been cut into cubes. Little bit of Italian seasoning on that. You could use whatever seasoning you want. I've got some garlic powder as well and some onion powder. And we're going to put the lid on it. We're going to cook this on high for about two to 3 hours. Basically cook it long enough that that chicken is done and won't kill you. Now then you're going to mix everything up and that's going to make the rice separate and what you're going to end up with is a very easy and Dinner all in one pot.
