2 big cups organic AP flour 1 cup filtered water (room temp) 1 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp active dry yeast Drizzle of olive oil optional Mix ingredients and let sit on the counter for 12-24 hours, covered. Make dough balls and let rest for 4 hours.
