Here are 8 exercises that will help you conquer pull-ups. And if you can already do pull-ups, these will help you refine your form! 

1️⃣ Active hang 

👉 2-3 sets of a 5-30 second hang 

2️⃣ Eccentric-only pull-ups (you can stand on a stable elevated surface so you are close to bar level)

👉 2-3 sets of 2-3 reps of a 3-5 second lowering

3️⃣ Scapula pull-ups (showing bent knee variation for people who don’t have option of fully extending legs) 

👉 2-3 sets of 8-15 reps

4️⃣ Concentric hang (you can stand on a stable elevated surface so you are close to bar level)

👉 2-5 sets of a 5-30 second hang

5️⃣ Body saws 

👉 2-3 sets of 8-15 reps

6️⃣ Tall kneeling single arm bottoms-up KB presses

👉 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps per side
