Day 28 LEARN TO HANDSTAND #byghandstandchallenge is Wall Tucks. This is super hard so feel free just to hold the wall handstand (facing as close to the wall as you can) and leave out the tucks until you can hold the handstand with good form.  _  Directions: 1. Grab some socks so you can slide easy down the wall.  2. Climb up and face the wall. Hands should be about 1 & 1/2 hand length away from the wall.  3.
