This is a perfect way to use up those dried up sheets in the freezer (we all have them!) and get quick flakey layers with minimal effort. Remember to use the cheaper puff pastry (no need for that exxy butter puff pastry)!

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
3-4 scallions/spring onions (sliced)
1 tsp flakey sea salt
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
2 tsp sesame oil (can sub with neutral oil)
