Hatcliff Construction on Instagram: "One of my favorite little architectural touches is to add pocket pivot hinges to allow doors to recess into a wide cased opening. This can be accomplished with painted or stained wood and can be incorporated into contemporary or traditional designs. Here we built the doors out of white oak to work seamlessly with the study’s oak paneling. It’s fun to go through a house plan and try to find places that unique details can be added.
