I’ve done it both ways. If you do it immediately the crust is softer I eat w a fork. - spread pizza sauce, top with cheese bake for another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted -enjoy! When I say this crust is delicious I mean it. You will be absolutely shocked. All you need is Greek yogurt and flour. So all you need is equal parts. So it does just depends on how much dough you want to make. I have added one cup of flour and I'm going to add one cup of Greek yogurt. Now we're just going to mix it until it's all combined. I do recommend seasoning it. Like you can add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, anything that you want. But in the end all you need is these two ingredients. In case you all wonder what the background is I always watch Crime Shows. All it plays in the background all the time. It's probably easier to just go right in with your hands. Okay I'm just going to need it until it's all incorporated. And just like that we have dough. It's lightly sticky but completely combined together. Some flour and a rolling pan. We're going to roll it out. On a cookie sheet I'm just going to add some parchment paper. Okay for thickness. This is how it is. It's absolutely perfect. Holds together pizza crust. I'm going to add it to our cookie tray. I'm going to put it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Uh now I'm going to work on some more pizza crust because I'm really hungry. Just like that. We have perfect pizza crust. I'm going to make one pepperoni and one Hawaiian. Pineapple does go on pizza. The first one's ready to go. I'm going to put it into the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes but I'll let you know exactly how long it baked for. Ham. It's so hot. So again the crust was already cooked so it only took a few minutes to get the cheese and the pepperoni nice and hot. Remember this crust was just two ingredients. High protein. Super simple. Fool proof guys. Cut it into four because I feel like if I cut it into more slices I have to share. So you can absolutely make your crust a little thicker. I did it a little thinner. But there you go guys. Two ingredient pizza crust.

It’s packed with 41g of protein! 👏🏼 RECIPE - Makes 1 personal pan quiche INGREDIENTS: 1 zero carb tortilla *I used Hero 3 eggs 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste 1/4 cup fresh baby spinach sun dried tomatoes *I just added a small amount 2 Tbsp Athenos fat free feta cheese 1/2 Tbsp Hormel Black Label Bacon pieces DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat air fryer or oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place the tortilla in a 7” air fryer or oven save round dish. 3. Crack 3 eggs into the tortilla. 4. Add in the cottage cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. 5. Whisk until combined and then add in the spinach, tomatoes and feta. 6. Use a spoon to put the spinach down and cover it up with some of the egg mixture. 7. Top with bacon pieces and then air fry at 350 for 12 minutes. You can also bake this at 350 for around the same time or until set and no longer jiggly. 8. Cut into fourths and enjoy! Ingredients List: 2 cups whole milk mozzarella, shredded (whole milk is important, part skim wont melt correctly) 12 uncured turkey pepperoni slices 1 cup cooked Italian sausage Italian herb seasoning (optional) marinara for dipping (optional) Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. 2. Lay 1/6 of the cheese, 1/6 of the Italian sausage, and two pepperonis on the baking sheet. You should be able to fit six of these stacks. Sprinkle each stack with some Italian herb seasoning if using. 3. Place baking sheet into the oven and bake for 8 minutes. 4.
