ITEMS USED: *cheesecloth *mod podge *balloons *felt fabric for the eyes *Vase and a balloon for the body . INSTRUCTIONS: *lay down wax paper *use vases or cups in different sizes (whatever you prefer) and blow up a balloon for the top. *mix mod podge with a little water *dip the cheese cloth in the mod podge and squeeze out *Lay the cheesecloth over the balloons (I used two layers on mine) *Let it dry overnight *Pop the balloon and carefully remove it from the vase or cup *Add some eyes. You could use felt fabric, or even buttons! *And that’s it! You could also add some LED candles or twinkle lights! ✨ . . #diycrafts #diyhalloween"
