Jackson wanted to be an ear of corn. So I just bent cardboard and rolled it to make shucks. I found some cotton fabric that had a stripe in it. The actual cob is a banana costume. I turned it inside out and ironed the creases to look like kernels then drew them on with a yellow marker. The tassles are just gold pipe cleaners. I also attached a bunch of yellow shred to fill it in. A green shirt and socks finished it off.
