Gather ingredients and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Bake potatoes in the preheated oven until tender, about 1 hour, depending on the size of your potatoes. Spoon the mixture into the potato skins; top each with remaining cheese, green onions, and bacon. 7. Return potatoes to the preheated oven and continue baking until the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. 2.1M views · 15K reactions | Thanksgiving Duchess Potatoes 🥔🦃 | Buttery, garlicky and crispy 🥔🦃 | By FOODbible | are making it on the menu this year. You're going to start by getting two heads of garlic roasted then peel your potatoes, dice, and bring to a boil in salted water. Let them dry in a colander then cut in half to remove even more moisture from the potatoes. Next you're going to rice the potatoes as well as that delicious roasted garlic straight into a pot over medium low heat. Add in butter, cheese, salt, and pepper and stir The potatoes should be almost like a smooth dough. Add in the egg yolks and stir again until that smooth dough forms. It really shouldn't look like mashed potatoes. Let it cool for a few minutes then pipe into swirls. Dab the swirls with some melted butter and then bake them at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes until the edges are crispy and golden brown. They have the most delicious, buttery, garlicky interior and an addictive crispy exterior and you need to try them.

3.1M views · 153K reactions | These may seem regular but they not cuz they got seasoning on it! Lol! Football season started right? These are PERFECT! And whether u dip it in sour... | By Kimmy’s Kreations | I don't know why everyone wants the potato skin recipe. I mean, it's just tater skins. Now, mine does taste better than your normal restaurant but still, now, make sure you clean your skin really good and dry it off extremely well. That is key for a crispy skin. Because we don't want no lint potatoes now. Now, get you some luminum foil and yes, I said luminum foil and stab your potato all over with a fork. We're pretty much prepping it like we do a regular baked potato. It's just the ending gonna be a little bit different. Coat the potatoes with some grapeseed oil. Trust me when I say, just use grapeseed oil not olive oil. Get real generous with the sea salt and wrap it in some luminum foil and put it in the oven on 425 for fifty-five minutes. Now, y'all know I like everything thick including my bacon. Now, I chop my bacon up into smaller pieces so it cooks way faster than me throwing whole slabs of bacon on the pan. And it cooks more evenly too. Now that my potatoes are done, I let them cool for about ten to fifteen minutes. This part is a very hot process. So, if you don't have cooker fingers or cooker hands, you might wanna wear some hot gloves. So, I cut them in half and I cut them in half again. Now, at this part, you can scoop out as much potatoes as you want to but I do not go all the way down to the skin. I like some tater with my skins and save them guts, baby. And you see what I mean? That my bacon cooks quicker and it cooks more evenly. Now, Imma take this out, put on a paper towel with the drain and Imma let it cool. Now, it's probably wondering. Is she gonna season that stuff? Of course I. In. Get you about two to three tablespoons of melted butter. Add some Kinder's butter, garlic, and herb. Add some parsley, some fresh sea salt, and base the potatoes in this all the way through. And do not be stingy, okay? Baste it. It should be yellow by the time you're done. Yellow like me. If you can't see the seasoning, you don't have enough. After you bake all of them, put them back in the oven on 425 for fifteen to 20 minutes or until they look like this. Now, add your fry grated cheese, your crushed up bacon, and put it back in the oven until it's melted and now you got this fire loaded potato skins appetizer. Alright, bye.
