So easy! | By Robyn Q | Alright, we have three and a half pounds of tomatoes. We're going to come in with some chopped red onions, probably about that much. The next thing we're going to add is some cloves of garlic that are peeled and I've got some olive oil. We just want to make sure that we get those tomatoes coated. Gonna add some dried basil right on top for some flavor and you don't have to do this but my family likes a little bit of heat so we're going to add a little bit of crushed red pepper flake. Only a couple more ingredients, some salt. We can't forget the peppers right on top of that. We're just going to mix all of those ingredients together. We want to get those tomatoes seasoned nicely with everything that we put into our air fryer. Alright, time to make our tomato soup in the air fryer. So, I'm just going to put this into my air fryer. Turn it on. We want it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes That's it. Alright. It's been 20 minutes. So let's check it out. See what it looks like. Oh yeah. Look at that. That looks delicious. Alright. We're just going to put those ingredients into our blender to blend that up until it's smooth. So I'm just going to add those tomatoes as gracefully as I can. And our onions and garlic and everything else right into our blender. Bring in my lid. We're just going to blend this up until it is nice and smooth. Alright, let's check out our tomato soup and make sure that it is creamy. Oh yeah. Look at that. Alright, you can eat it just like this but when I was growing up, my mom made tomato soup from a can and always added a little milk so I like creamy tomato soup so I'm going to add a little bit of cream to this. You'll have to let me know in the comments if you had that kind of soup. A lot of people just added water. Some people added milk. Let me know which you did. Okay, we're going to us one last blend just to let that cream mix in with everything else. Perfect. Oh yeah I can smell it. Smells delicious. How easy was that? Homemade tomato soup in 20 minutes. So I'm just going to add that to my bowl. Oh yeah. Nice and creamy. I like to garnish with some fresh basil. So I'm just going to add that right on top just like that. Okay here we go. Homemade tomato soup. Oh wow. Okay. That's amazing. Let me know if you try it. Yum.

This is going to be such an easy and delicious crockpot dinner that's perfect for these colder months that are on their way. Now, I'm going to bring in one pound of cooked ground beef and if you don't want ground beef, you could use a sausage but I think ground beef is perfect for this. Now I have here half a cup of diced carrots. Oh my goodness it's going to be so good you guys. Half a cup of diced celery. Alright there. Look how beautiful and colorful this is. The more colors you eat the healthier it is. Now I have half a cup of diced white onion. Yummy. Alright and we are going to smell of this with our marinara pasta sauce. We're going to put this whole jar right in the crockpot with all of those delicious ingredients. Make sure you get all of that out. Perfect and I'm using the Newman's Owen because it's cheap and delicious. Alright and I have here some Italian seasoning that we are going to sprinkle right into our crockpot. This is a big crockpot so make sure to add plenty of seasoning. Oh my goodness, smells so good. I definitely recommend this brand. Whoo. Alright and then the last seasoning I'm going to use is some garlic powder because you guys know I love my garlic. Oh yeah. Plenty of that in here. Smells so good. Well, that's a lot of garlic. Oh yeah. Okay, we're going to give this all a good mix before we add two more ingredients. We just want to make sure that marinara gets nice and spread out among our other ingredients. Look how beautiful and colorful that looks. Oh my goodness. This is going to be absolutely delicious. I just want to eat it like that. Oh you totally could. Alright now we are going to bring in some beef broth because this is going to be a soup. Oh yeah. Perfect for fall. And we are adding three cups of beef broth to our crockpot. Just make sure all those are covered. That's kind of when you know you have enough. Alright but we're not done yet. We are going to add our pasta and we're going to add it in raw so we'll cook in the crockpot and I'm going to add half of this box. How do you how do you pronounce that pasta? You know what? I'm not even going to try because people will just make fun of me. I miss you. Alright. So, we added about one cup of our pasta into the crockpot raw. Give it one more mix. Make sure everything is nice and blended together and now, this is ready to start cooking. Oh my goodness. It's going to be delicious, you guys. We're going to go ahead and put our lid on and pop this on high. Alright, you guys. It's been two hours on high. I'm going to go ahead and pop this to warm and let's check it out. My goodness. Give this a nice stir. That pasta cooked up. Oh yeah. Doesn't that look incredible? Holy moly that looks amazing. What is this called? Like a goulash? Is that what it is? Yeah, it's a goulash medley. Alright, let's go ahead and serve this up. Oh, those veggies are nice and cooked. Let's give it a try. Oh my gosh. That is incredible. Wow. It's really good you guys. I am so thankful for all of you watching and I just wanted to say a big thank you for 2 million followers. I appreciate you guys and I hope you love this recipe and try it at home.
