That's why the table is here. Get you a rotisserie chicken. Alright now she used canned chicken but Papa Tot said I won't divorce you. Now I'mma heat this rotisserie chicken up in a pan with some butter and I'm going to season it all up. Also this is Miss Darlene's recipe. That's Miranda's mama. Alright after you're done with your nice chicken. Gonna get you a pot and you're going to get you a thing of chicken broth and and put it in the pot. Go ahead and put your chicken in there with your chicken broth. If you ain't got no more chicken broth, you know you can make some, right? Do I need to tell you how to do that? Now, bring it to a bowl and apparently we're supposed to add biscuits in there. I said that right. Imma show you. Hang on. Get your can of biscuits like this. Open em up and we're going to drop em in there. Not the whole thing. We're going to tear em up. You going to tear em up like this and drop em in the pot in the boiling water. I I'm not kidding. This is exactly what she did. Don't look at me like that. This is Miss Darlene and Miss Miranda's recipe. I probably made my dumplings a little too big but we'll move past that. Alright. I can tell by my dumplings are done, okay? I don't know how to tell you how to do that but now I'm going to put a whole can of creamy chicken soup and like a half a cup of sour cream and put it in there and then mix it up and we'll see. Dang, I think I did it. It looks like chicken and dumplings y'all. It looks like and dumplings. I gotta wait a minute to taste it because it's stink. I'll be done. I made chicken and dumplings. Thank you Miss Miranda and Miss Darlene. Good old southern chicken and dumplings.

We're going to take some salt, the pink Himalayan, some pepper, season. Silly me. That was upside down. Okay. However you like to season it. Some paprika and some onion powder. Going on. That looks good. Here I have a tablespoon of minced garlic going right on there and I'm just going to spread this around get it all mixed mixed in there. That's great. I'm going to take two cans cream of chicken. Dump it right on there. Look at that. That was that was really nice. Of course, I'll give it an extra scrape. Make sure I get all that goodness in there. Okay. Next, we have a can of Rotel. We don't want to drain this. We want that liquid in there, okay? Leave that liquid in there. We're going to give this a good stir. Mix this all around. This is a family favorite. Everyone, so easy. This is step one and that's all it is. Step two is coming up in about two to 3 hours. We're going to put this on high for two to three hours and then, we will go to step two and add a few more delicious things including some yummy spaghetti pasta to this chick dish. Okay, dinner is almost ready. I wish you could smell this. I've got pasta boiling in the background. Almost ready to go. I just wanted to give that a little stir and now here are our chicken breasts. All, oh, they're so tender. They're falling apart. I'm just going to cut these real fast in ooh in chunks there are many methods of doing this. Um sometimes I like to shred. I'm just doing this with a quick few cuts here and then I'll probably stick this fork in there and shred it a little bit more. This is a pretty quick method and this is so tender. It is just falling apart as you can see which is what I like to see and I like to taste. So, once this is all cut up like so, I'm going to add a couple more ingredients to this. Okay. There we go. Here we have some cheese I have a mixture of Monterey Jack and cheddar here it's about two cups worth that we shredded right going right in there and then we have some sour cream a fourth of a cup of sour cream going in there we go scrape that Alright and I'm going to stir this around and then we're going to just let it melt in there for a couple of minutes while I drain my pasta. Okay, dinner is about ready. Mm. Here are our spaghetti noodles. We got a pound of spaghetti noodles here that we boiled and they're all ready to go. Now, all we have to do is stir this together and enjoy. And I am ready. It smells amazing in this house. Mm hmm. I wonder if there would be anything delicious to top this off. What do you think honey? Anything? Let us know if you you could think of anything but I think this is going to have a ton of flavor just as it is. Make sure I get some of that chicken. Plenty of noodles. Look at that. Oh Looks so good. I unplugged this so it would cool just a tad because it was piping hot just a few minutes ago but now, I think it's perfect and ready to eat. Alright, it's going to be messy. Mm. Oh, the flavor is perfect. Perfectly seasoned. So delicious, so easy. Let us know if you try it.

It could be seasoned. They don't have to be seasoned. But you're going to add that to a crock pot and spread it all out. Then I'm going to use a healthy request cream of chicken noodle soup can. This is the big one. If you're using the small one you could use two. No problem there. And then I'm adding a eight ounce brick of cream cheese. It doesn't have to be room temperature because we're heating it up. And then sprinkle on about a cup of green onions, the green parts, the white parts, it's all good. Now, we're adding a little bit of French onion soup mix. When I say a little bit, I mean an entire packet and then eighteen ounces or two big packs of bacon chunks. You could also use bacon bits but I I like the chunks. And then about a cup and a half to two cups of sharp cheddar cheese. Then I'm adding an entire regular size box of chicken stock. Now you're going to see a little bubbling going on. Don't even worry about that. That's just chicken stock kind of like going through all the nooks and crannies of the frozen diced potato hash browns. And then I'm seasoning it with a little bit of salt and a little bit of pepper and mixing all that up now you're not going to be able to mix the cream cheese in completely and that's totally okay do your best here to mix it all together trying to get liquid throughout the potatoes the potatoes are the base here okay but after we're done cooking it we're going to mix it again so don't even worry about getting it fully mixed and homogenous or together with one you know one consistency and then what I'm going to do here is flatten it out the liquid doesn't have to go over the entire thing and then cook it for four hours on high now when it's done you're going to see all the cheese is melted and it gets super creamy look at this so you just want to completely mix it all together and when you know it done is when the cream cheese becomes one consistency with all the ingredients it's got a real creamy look to it some of the potatoes are mixed in with the cream some of them are still whole and that's all good the fun doesn't end here though guys I'm going to add a couple of ladles full to a bowl as you can see this is piping hot but super super creamy oh my goodness I cannot wait to dig into this and because is loaded baked potato soup. I'm going to garnish with some more bacon bits, a little bit more sharp cheddar cheese, and some extra chopped green onions. Wow. Loaded potato soup. This is like everything you would like in a baked potato but in soup form. It's really hot. Wow. You know what you know what the best part about this is? The French onion soup mixture. That's combined in here. It's giving a really nice onion flavour and onion taste. This is just so easy. You definitely need to try it.

We pouring this look, I have some Texas toast. That's what this is. One box of Texas toast that I already cooked. So, you know what y'all? I thought it'd be nice today and not put y'all through the torture of me cutting up eight pieces of bread on camera and telling y'all some kind of funny story or not funny story. So, we just doing one, alright? So, Texas toast, cook it, and then chop it up into bite-size pieces or however you'd like, alright? Next here, I have you want to use like two to three cups of chicken. So, y'all can use a whole row rotisserie chicken if you want like take all the meat off the bones or y'all can do what I do and I cook chicken ahead of time in my crock pot and yeah that's what I have here alright on top of this we going to add one jar of 21 ounces right 21 of Alfredo sauce so y'all can use whatever kind of Alfredo sauce you like but this is what I'm using alright right on top getting it all out shake shake shake shake okay great now y'all very important some seasoning so I'm going to use Italian seasoning we're going to use good amount, okay? Good amount of Italian seasoning and then I also have this garlic lover seasoning. I really like this. So, we're going to use a good amount of this as well and this has some salt in it too. Alright, so Italian seasoning, garlic lover seasoning and now we're going to do here y'all. We're just going to give this a little mix just to kind of incorporate everything, alright? So, the meat from one rotisserie chicken or like three cups of shredded chicken that you cooked or y'all can even use canned chicken if you want, alright? Um one box of, wow, okay. One box of Texas toast I was like what's that stuff called one box of Texas toast and a good amount of Italian seasoning y'all can use whatever kind you'd like but I use the Italian blend from Walmart and then that garlic lover seasoning okay so once this is nice and mixed we're just trying to incorporate the liquid make sure everything's kind of covered with some of that Alfredo sauce alright so at this point if y'all want to add more chicken you can I also feel like this would be good with some veggies y'all if y'all want to add some spinach I think green beans would be good in here but today we we're not we're not doing vegetables we just having a nice simple dinner like this up. That looks great. Something got lost under there but I'll pick it up in a second. Alright, on top of this, we're going to put about one cup of shredded mozzarella. About one cup. Uh so, we we just guess in here. Y'all know how I do my measurements but one cup and I shredded my own cheese. Y'all know I've been doing that for a while now. Every once in a while, I buy the bag of cheese but wow, what's this big chunk? So, yeah, when you shred your own and you like me, sometimes you get big chunks because I don't know. It don't work, right? Little more cheese. About ounces of cheese on top. I don't know. I'm going to use some more. I'm not sure. Alright. That's it y'all so now we're going to do here we're going to get this whatever this is that fell I'm not sure it might be chicken it might be bread and then we're going to put a little bit of green onion right on top we're going to put this in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes y'all are going to love this easy dinner alright y'all look at this doesn't that look good remember we have our chicken I use some cooked chicken breast but you can use rotisserie chicken some Texas toast Alfredo sauce cheese and some seasoning nice and simple easy dinner I think this would be great if you add some veggies but Yeah, today I didn't add veggies. So, we're going to lift this up. Oh my goodness. Look at this y'all. This looks so good. We use a good amount of seasoning too. Oh, look at that melt. That cheese is just like mmm It's going to be delicious. I'm so excited. Alright, y'all. Uh let's see. Let's try and get a perfect bite. So, we want to get a piece of the bread with some of the chicken and some of the cheese. It's going to be real hot. It smells so good. Smells so good. Alright, y'all. It's a perfect bite. Man, I took this out of the oven a while ago. How come this stuff stays hot for so long? Let me see. Alright, it's it's it's hot but I think I'll be alright.

Next y'all, I have a 16 ounce brick of Velveeta cheese. So we just going to I cut it up into little squares. Um you don't have to but that's what I did y'all, alright? So we putting this around in our shells. Y'all can use whatever shaped pasta you'd like. Do what makes you happy. Listen to your heart. That's all. You know what makes me happy? Cats. Alright. We also have an eight ounce brick of cream cheese y'all. So I also cut this into squares so we just going to put this all around on top of our shells as well. You know what? Me and Fred were watching show last night. Oh we're watching Shark Tank and there was someone on there a lot that had baby goats for yoga. And me and Fred were like we should get a baby goat. And then we were just talking about how animals make us so happy. And that's it y'all. I love animals and that's it. They make me happy. Alright. We're going to put a little parsley on top of this. This looks beautiful so far y'all. Alright. Next here what do we have? We have two and a half cups of whole milk right on top. Alright, so I'm sure y'all know what I'm making at this point. Always on the quest to find the best mac and cheese. So, this is another crockpot version I saw online. Honestly, I haven't tried this one yet but we're going to try it together. We're going to see how how good it is. Um also going to add a little bit of garlic powder because I like that in my mac and cheese and then we have one can which is 12 ounces of evaporated milk, alright? Right on top. Okay y'all. We're getting there. Alright at this point I have this is a sixteen ounce brick of extra sharp cheddar cheese. I grated it myself or with my food processor. So whenever I make mac and cheese I like to grate my own cheese just so it's not that I don't know that Cacon agent or whatever. Um but we're going to save a little bit of this because we're going to use it alright? So I'm going to put most of this on here but I have a little bit left. Alright y'all so at this point we going to mix everything up as best we can. Um so the cheeses, the noodles. What else did I put in here? Oh we forgot a little pepper. I'm going to put a little bit of black pepper as well. I need to put new batteries in this thing alright little pepper so I'm trying a new crockpot mac and cheese recipe and we going to see how it is I mean most of them I've made are good I still feel like my original crockpot one is my favorite but one of the reasons it's my favorite y'all is because you just dump all you dump the dry pasta into like this one I had to precook the pasta but yeah we'll see y'all well we we shall see we going to see together alright alright so that's good just like that let me see what else we have here what else do we have to add oh yes the last last step y'all I have one stick of butter so we're going to put our butter on top. Alright? Like so. I cut it into squares. Uh you can cut it into whatever shapes you'd like y'all. Okay? Whatever shape makes you happy. Maybe one time I should cut it into circles. But that would be that would take a long time. So I'm definitely not going to do that. Alright. Butter. And then we're going to put a little more parsley on top. Alright y'all we're going to set this to low and cook it. I'm going to check it after about two hours because the pasta's mostly done. We just need all these cheeses to melt. Then we have one more step. But I'm so excited to try this new mac and cheese recipe y'all. Alright y'all this has been cooking on low for about 2 hours, alright? So, time to give it a little mix. So, we just want to make sure that all of our cheese is melted and our butter melted, alright? Because the pasta was already cooked. Remember that. Now, I use the crockpot liner but y'all don't have to. Do what makes you happy, okay? Cuz you don't like what I do, doesn't mean you have to do it. You know what this reminds me of y'all? My mama always told me that if someone tells you to jump off a bridge, don't do it, right? So, if I say hold your cat by your food, you don't have to do it y'all. I do it because it makes me happy but you don't have to, alright? So, remember, remember what my mama said. If someone tells you to jump off a bridge, don't do it unless you want to. Maybe it's a real low bridge. Maybe it's only like a foot from a beautiful, a beautiful creek that you're going to go swimming in but anyways, blah blah blah. That's it y'all. That's all I got. Alright. So, this is the first time I've ever made this mac and cheese. I saw this recipe online and I decided to try it because y'all know I'm always after finding the perfect mac and cheese. Um I will say right now it does seem a little watery like there's too much liquid but maybe maybe it'll thicken up. I don't know. Maybe it'll thicken up y'all. Alright? So we gave everything a little mix. I'm trying to see if we sell chunks of cheese that aren't melted all the way. Alright. So now that everything's mixed together. What I'm going to do here is take the rest of our cheese. So remember I shredded up one brick, one 16 ounce brick of cheddar cheese, alright? So I didn't put it all in. I saved a little bit till the end. Which is what I'm putting right now, alright? So, I'm going to put this right on top and I'm going to cover this and I'm going to cook this for about 30 more minutes y'all and then we go and try it and that's it. I'm so excited. I love mac and cheese and yum yum. Alright, y'all. So, here we have that mac and cheese. I added some more cheese to the top and after about 30 minutes, I actually unplugged it and just let it sit to see if it would thicken up and it actually did. So, I'm very excited because I was a little worried. It seemed a little watery before but now it just seems a nice thick cheese cream sauce. So that's what we want, right? With mac and cheese y'all. So I have some in my bowl I'm going to try. And then yeah y'all can see it here. It got a little thicker. So after it's done cooking I just let it sit for a little while. You snort snort baby. Did y'all hear him snort? Yeah he's a good little baby. You want to get down baby? You're so beautiful. I love you. Mwah. You good boy. Poopy you want me to hold you too? Did y'all hear Kevin cry? Look at that and then with all mashed potatoes, we all know that we need some butter, okay? This is one stick of butter. I'm just going to put it in here all over the place. Now, here's the thing. We're going to put this on high for I don't know about 2 hours, okay? I will see you soon. I got so excited to feed mister Hobbs. I forgot to put the bacon in. Here we go. Alright, see you soon. Start banning four and a half cups of cooked shredded chicken to a mixing bowl and then add four ounces of softened cream cheese, one cup of cottage cheese, a half cup of sour cream, one can of cream of chicken soup, half a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of onion powder, and then grab a spoon and mix all of this together till it's perfectly combined and once it is, take the whole thing and just bloop it into a nine by nine greased bacon dish like so. Grab a sleeve of Ritz Crack. Crush them. Add five tablespoons of melted butter and then mix this until it's combined and once it is just go ahead and spread it on top of your casserole. Put the whole thing in the oven. 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. When it comes out it'll be crispy and golden brown and actually still bubbling like this. So I'm going to let it cool off for a second. Alright I can't wait any longer. Grab a spoon out of your pocket and just slap some of this onto a plate and then grab a fork. Scoop up a big old bite and put it in your mouth. Oh, that's good. But a million dollars good? I'm not sure. I feel like it needs to be on top of something or inside something. What do you think?
