You’ll only need a few ingredients for a perfect result 😍🍓 👉INGREDIENTS 1 puff pastry sheet 6 tablespoons of honey 10 strawberries 1 yolk 1 tablespoon of milk icing sugar to taste 👉METHOD 1. Cut the strawberries into thin slices. 2. On a pan with oven paper start forming honey rectangles. 3. Arrange 6 slices of strawberries on the honey rectangles. 4. Cut out the puff pastry rectangles and cover the strawberries, closing them well on the sides. 5. Brush the surface with egg yolk and prick with a fork. 6. Put in the oven for 25 minutes at 190°C. 7.
