• 1/8 tsp Asafoetida
• 13 tsp Coriander
• 1 inch Ginger
• 2 Green chili
• 1 Lemon
• 4 Mint, dried
• 1 cup Peas, dried white
• 1 Pomegranate
• 1 cup Red onion
• 1 cup Tomato
Condiments
• 4 tbsp Mint cilantro chutney
• 8 tbsp Tamarind chutney
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Chilli powder /paprika, red
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Salt, black
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric, powder
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin, roasted powder
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Liquids
• 3 cups Water
Other
• 1 teaspoon chaat masala
• Nylon sev (or Aloo Bhujiya as required )
