When I stopped caring about the material possessions I owned, and started valuing my overall health instead, my true values became very clear. I overworked myself into the state that I'm in now. So I don't care that I don't own a house, or a car, or all the things I had 20 years ago. None of that matters when you're 6 ft under. Nobody's going to remember you for any of that meaningless shit.
