I make these at least 8 times a year because they are so good and easy! Can taste it now!. Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon dried basil Directions: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Toss the potato slices in the oil mixture until they are well coated. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potato slices. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy! Prep Time: 15 minu
