This helps brace the core so you can lift like. You will inhale & relax your Pelvic Floor as you come back to neutral.  ✅ Slow and controlled is your friend. Your speed going up and going down BOTH matter. The video is slightly sped up since it is a reel, but remember heavier weight and slower is best!
