Woodrow Wilson was President of the US from 1913 to 1921. He was the only man to hold the Presidency and have a doctorate, (Political Science & History) and one of the smartest men to be President. He was the closest thing to a dictator the US ever had, and when WW1 started, he controlled the entire government with almost no oversight from Congress. He had even US Senators imprisoned without trial if they disagreed with him, and caused many to die if they didn't fall in line, but he won WW1.
