Full recipe below: 👇🏽 . •Roll out crescent dough sheet out and slice into 4 slices (this was a full pan crescent that @pillsbury makes) •Add spoonful of pizza sauce to middle portion of half of the dough •Add 6 pepperoni to each •Add mozzarella cheese stick on top of the pepperoni followed by a little more pizza sauce •small handful of shredded mozzarella on top •Lastly- a layer of our Oh My Garlic rub . •Fold over the dry side back over the top and seal around the edges pressing gently. •Layer of melted butter over the top and a little more OMG •Bake at 400 degrees for roughly 20 minutes or until done! •They were very hot so make sure

My husband loves this Giant Rueben Stromboli | My husband loves this Giant Rueben Stromboli | By Robyn Q | My pizza dough and I'm actually using an herbed pizza dough that I buy at Trader Joe's but you can use any pizza dough that you want. Pull this out until it is thin. First ingredient that I'm going to add is Thousand Island dressing. So, I'm just going to add that around on here. At least eat it all the time when I was a kid. I haven't had it that much lately but. Grab that out into a thin layer. Get it covered and I'm going to leave about an inch or two around the edges. Make sure I don't have any too thick parts. Alright, that looks good. I'm going to add my corned beef next and I have about one pound here that is thinly sliced. Reuben sandwiches are one of my absolute favorite sandwiches to have. I'm going to make a Reuben Stromboli. That'll be delicious. Okay, the next thing I'm going to add is some Swiss cheese and I was going to add that right on top of that corned beef and I have one package of Swiss cheese but I bought two packages just in case I wanted a little extra cheese because I did not want to run out and I'm going to add a little that extra package. Next, I have my sauerkraut and I actually strained it so that I have that juice off of it just so it didn't make it soggy and then laid it on a paper towel just to take care of any extra liquid that it might have. Otherwise, it kind of makes your stramboli soggy and you don't want dyed. I'm just going to pick this up and fold it over just like that. Then, I'm going to seal my ends take your time to make sure you get that all sealed up and I'm just going to whisk one egg just add a little bit of water to that to make an egg wash and just whisk that up shiny on the dough so I'm just going to brush this all over our Reuben Stromboli making sure to get it all covered with this egg wash. Make sure you get down the sides and on the ends so it's all shiny. I have some caraway seeds just to give it flavor that you get when you're having a Reuben. My oven is set at 400 degrees and this only takes about 15 to 20 minutes until that dough gets golden. Our Reuben stromboli is done. So I'm just going to cut a piece for me. Make sure I get it cut all the way through. Got it. Alright. Oh yeah. Oh delicious and hot. Of course add that to my plate and I added a little extra Thousand Island because I love Thousand Island dressing so I'm going to dip it in a little extra but you don't have to do that okay I know it's hot but I'm anxious to try some Mmm mmm mmm. This is delicious. Yum.
