Ingredients: 🥩300g of flank steak, thinly sliced 🌽1/4 cup of cornstarch 🥬4 stalks green onions, green parts only and cut into 2 inch pieces Sauce: 🐄1/4 cup of beef stock 🧂1/4 cup of light soy sauce 🍯1/3 cup of brown sugar 🧂2 tsp of ginger, minced 🧄4 cloves of garlic, minced Steps: 1. Slice your steak into 1/4” strips then coat the beef with cornstarch. Set aside. 2. Chopped your green onions. Set aside. 3. In a bowl, combine beef stock, light soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Set aside.
