Power Outfits range from a very feminine to a bit of a masculine spectrum, often including hard/padded and straight edged shoulders and long flowy sleeves to cover the arms that give the impression of a cape. Jackets are also Power Outfits, but very versatile: sometimes made to be comfortable on a day-to-day use basis, sometimes made to look powerful. Due to the high utility range, they have their own board.
