I used Saracino pasta model (as you don’t need to add any tylose powder if using pasta model) And any edible colour dust. I used lustre dusts by @saracinodolci ✅ To make: 1. Simply roll some balls with the sugarpaste to the size you need. 2. Add some lustre dust and give it good shake 3. And you’ve just made yourself and edible coloured balls you can use for your cake decorating 🥰 Share and follow for more❤️ #ediblepearls #ediblepearlsugar #ediblepearlrecipe #recipe #recipeshare #recipeoftheday #viralreels #viralvideos"

Or you can offer the option to your customers. I m using water 💧 ganache recipe from @treatsbytay Ganache recipe : 65 gr white candy melt 1 Tbsp water. Microwave for 30 seconds, mix well. Let it sit a little bit so the ganache won’t be too runny. Gold mixture recipe : 1/2 tsp gold highlighter/luster dust 1 tsp melted coconut oil not hot Mix well, if the mixture too runny, wait a little bit to cool
