If you are not confident to do at the free space then turn your back to the wall and when you raise one legged up, use that foot to place on the wall for support. 2. If the press up not happening yet while you doing this drill, just keep knee on the block (stay there while one legged extended) but practice shift shoulders forward and backward to gain more strength on shoulders.
